Radplicity is a product of Grow This Business LLC. It grew from nearly a decade of working with training professionals and watching sophisticated LMS capability become unnecessarily difficult to operate.
Why we built Radplicity
Built after nearly a decade of listening to the people who actually run training.
Radplicity did not start from a list of LMS features. It grew from nearly a decade of working with instructional designers, training managers, LMS administrators and learning leaders across different industries — and hearing the same frustrations again and again.
The pattern was consistent enough to be uncomfortable. The platforms were capable. The people were capable. And the work of getting from one to the other was consuming most of the time that should have gone into the training itself.
Nobody was asking for more features. They were asking why routine work was so difficult — and the answers were usually decisions somebody had made years earlier, for reasons that no longer applied.

Radplicity is being built now and is in pilot with training teams putting it through real workflows. We would rather tell you that than imply a customer base we do not have.
