Why Radplicity
Powerful LMS software was never the problem. The work required to use it was.
Powerful underneath. Simple on the surface.
Why we built Radplicity
Built after nearly a decade of listening to the people who actually run training.
Radplicity did not start from a list of LMS features. It grew from nearly a decade of working with instructional designers, training managers, LMS administrators and learning leaders across different industries — and hearing the same frustrations again and again.
None of them were asking for more features. They were asking why the software made routine work so difficult.
- Why does creating a report require so much work?
- Why am I rebuilding training content I already have?
- Why does a simple assignment take so many steps?
- Why am I repeating the same training process every month by hand?
- Why can’t I see who a rule will affect before I turn it on?
- Why should training more people make the software dramatically more expensive?
What would an LMS look like if we kept the power — and removed as much of the friction as possible?
That became Radplicity.
The difference
One assumption separates Radplicity from legacy LMS thinking.
The old assumption
More capability means more complexity.
So the answer to every hard requirement is another settings screen, and the answer to an overwhelmed administrator is training, documentation, or a consultant. The complexity is treated as a fact of the category rather than as something anybody chose.
The Radplicity assumption
Better software absorbs complexity instead of passing it on.
Sophisticated capability belongs underneath an experience that feels obvious. That is harder to build and it is the entire point — the work has to happen somewhere, and doing it once here beats every customer doing it forever.
Radical Simplicity
Keep the power. Remove the friction.
Most software gets harder to use as it gets more capable. Radplicity was built on the belief that an LMS does not have to — that sophisticated capability belongs underneath an experience that feels obvious.
Not less capability. Less complexity between you and it.
Good defaults
Start from sensible choices instead of configuring everything before you can begin.
Progressive disclosure
Common workflows stay simple. Advanced controls appear when they are actually needed.
Plain language
Nobody should need an LMS glossary to understand their own LMS.
Role-specific experiences
Learners, managers, instructors and administrators each see what matters to them.
Reuse before rebuild
Materials, courses, questions and reports are assets, not things to recreate.
Preview before impact
Before consequential automation affects people, see exactly what is about to happen.
The complexity belongs in the software. Not on your desk.
What that looks like
A philosophy you cannot demonstrate is a slogan.
Preview before impact.
The moment an administrator dreads is activating a rule and finding out afterwards what it did. Radplicity shows the population, the breakdown and the number of assignments it is about to create — before anything happens to anybody.

Start from the question, not from an empty query builder.
Most reporting requests are the same handful of questions. Radplicity answers those out of the box and keeps the builder for the one nobody anticipated — which is progressive disclosure applied to the screen administrators use most.

Designed per role
Everyone uses the same LMS. They do not need the same LMS experience.
Most platforms hand every role the administrator's screen with buttons removed, which answers nobody's question well.

A manager should not get an administrator dashboard with fewer buttons.
A different way to price training
Train more people. Not more invoices.
Every additional person who needs training should not automatically create another software charge. Radplicity uses predictable annual capacity pricing instead of monthly per-user billing — so the question becomes who needs training, rather than which people are worth a seat.
If someone needs training, your pricing model should not make you ask whether they deserve access to it.

The questions we get asked first.
- What counts as an active user?
- An active learner, manager, instructor or administrator. One person with four roles counts once — not four times. People you archive stop counting and keep their training records.
- Is there a separate charge for administrators?
- No. Administrator, manager and instructor accounts are active users like anybody else. There is no admin-seat fee.
- What happens if we go past our plan’s capacity?
- Nothing breaks and nobody is locked out of their training records. We tell you, and we talk about the plan that fits.
- Do we have to use the AI?
- No. AI is included in every plan and stays off until an administrator turns it on. Every workflow in Radplicity runs without it, and an organization whose policy prohibits AI processing can lock it off entirely.
- How long does it take to get started?
- There is no implementation project to buy and no configuration phase before you can begin. Most organizations build and assign their first course in their first week.
- Can we reuse the training content we already have?
- Yes. PowerPoint, PDF, documents, video and SCORM packages all come in. A PDF or a deck can be turned into a structured course draft rather than rebuilt.
- Can we use our own branding and web address?
- Yes, on every plan — logo, colors, sign-in page and certificates, at an address like training.yourcompany.com.
- Can we run separate academies for employees, customers and partners?
- Yes. Each can have its own address, branding and catalog, administered from one account. A learner in one never sees another.
- Can we get our data out?
- Yes, whenever you like and without asking us. Reports export to CSV, and learner records, completions and certificates are exportable.
- What does the 2-year price lock cover?
- Your subscription price is locked for two years under the applicable subscription terms, so a renewal is not a renegotiation.
Comprehensive without the complexity.
Bring the workflow your current LMS makes hardest. If we cannot make it simpler, we will tell you that rather than sell around it.
