One person counts once, however many roles they hold. Somebody who is a learner, a manager, an instructor and an administrator is one active user — not four. People you archive stop counting, and keep their training records.
No per-user fees, and a real allowance. Each plan is a flat annual price — there is no per-seat charge and no separate administrator fee. Each plan except Unlimited includes an allowance of active users; if you grow past it, you move to the plan that fits rather than paying a per-person overage. Radplicity will not lock you out of your own training records for going over: we will tell you, and talk about the right plan.

Radplicity AI
Included in every plan, and off until you switch it on. Everything above works without it.
- Draft a course outline from a topic, then edit it like any other course

Nothing it writes is saved on its own. Somebody on your team reads every draft and picks what to keep. Switching AI off changes nothing you have already made — every course, question and report stays exactly where it is, because they are ordinary courses, questions and reports.
AI processing can be locked off for organizations that prohibit it. Once locked, no customer data is sent to any AI provider — and the rest of Radplicity works exactly as it does for everyone else.

Why we don’t charge by the learner
When every learner is a line item, somebody has to decide which people are worth a license. The predictable answer is the people at the edges — seasonal staff, contractors, the dealer network, volunteers — who are very often the ones whose training you would most want to be able to prove.
If someone needs training, your pricing model should not make you ask whether they deserve access to it.
What is an active user?
An active learner, manager, instructor or administrator.
- One person counts once, however many roles they hold.
- No administrator seats. Administrators are active users like anybody else.
- Archived people stop counting and keep their training records.
Predictable software deserves predictable pricing.
Lock your Radplicity subscription price for two years under the applicable subscription terms — so a renewal is a renewal rather than a renegotiation.
Switching from another LMS? Take 5% off your first year.
