Making a shortlist
We will not tell you what the other platforms do.
A feature table comparing us to somebody else is out of date the week after it is written, and then it is us publishing something untrue about a named business. So these pages describe Radplicity, and give you the questions to put to every vendor on your list — this one included.
Comparing us with
Each page is written for a different buying situation.
Pick whichever one describes yours. They differ in what we would lead with, not in what is true.
Radplicity vs Cornerstone OnDemand
If you are buying for a large workforce and the real constraint is how much administrative time you have.
Radplicity vs Docebo
If you are training people who do not work for you — customers, partners, a dealer network.
Radplicity vs Absorb LMS
If compliance training is the reason the platform exists.
Radplicity vs TalentLMS
If you are a small team who will be administering this yourselves, between other jobs.
Radplicity vs Litmos
If you already own the content and the job is to deliver it.
Radplicity vs 360Learning
If the people who know the material are not the people who administer the platform.
Radplicity vs LearnUpon
If you are running training across several brands, regions or business units.
Radplicity vs Moodle
If you would rather not be the people responsible for running and maintaining the platform.
Radplicity vs TOPYX
If you are an association, a nonprofit or a volunteer organization.
Take these to everyone
8 questions worth asking every vendor on your list.
None of them is shaped so that only we can answer it. Our answers are on each comparison page, with a link to the thing that backs each one up.
- 01
How does the price change as more people use it?
Per-learner pricing turns every new hire, every seasonal worker and every customer you want to train into a line item — which is how training budgets end up deciding who gets trained.
- 02
What happens to somebody’s training record when they change role?
A transfer, a group change or a rule edit changes what is expected of somebody. Whether it also erases what they already did is a question worth asking out loud, because finding out afterwards is expensive.
- 03
Can a learner tell why they were assigned something?
“Why do I have to do this?” is the commonest question an administrator gets. Whether it can still be answered six months later depends entirely on what was recorded at the time it happened.
- 04
Is AI something I can turn off?
Not everybody may put their people’s data through a model, and for some organizations that is a governance position rather than a preference.
- 05
What does the accessibility story actually consist of?
This one is easy to answer with a statement of intent. The useful follow-up is what happens automatically when somebody ships a screen that fails a check.
- 06
Can I get my data out, and in what shape?
The answer decides how hard it is to leave, which is worth knowing before you arrive.
- 07
How many separate audiences can one account serve?
Employees, dealers and customers tend to need different branding, different catalogs and different front doors. Ask what that costs — in licences and in reporting — before you need the second one.
- 08
What happens when I republish a course people are part-way through?
The dangerous answers are “everyone restarts” and “nobody notices” — and both are usually discovered after it happens.
